GRADES           Grades are collected by GIFT every nine weeks
                            In the 2008-2009 School Year we will collect grades on the following dates:
                                        October 7, 2008        9 week grades for Fall Semester
                                        December ??, 2008     Fall Semester Final Grades
                                        March ??, 2009             9 week grades for Spring Semester
                                        May ??, 2009              Spring Semester Final Grades
                            Please report grades on the GIFT form emailed to you and include BOTH the percentage
                            grade and the letter grade.  Once you have completed the grade sheet please email it back
                            to GIFT or put in the GIFT EAC mailbox.  If you have questions on grades, call Rod Sanders
                            at 348-3393 or email him at gift.rs@eac.edu.

ATTENDANCE    Attendance sheets will be sent to you each week. Please complete and sign them and
                                return them via email (gift.mj@eac.edu) or through the EAC GIFT malibox, or by faxing
                                them to GIFT at 348-3037, or by dropping them off at the GIFT office.
